Electives and seminars within CIVICA
CIVICA brings together ten leading European higher education institutions in the social sciences, humanities, business management and public policy, with a total of 72,000 students and 13,000 faculty members. Together, they build on an ever-stronger combination of teaching, research and innovation to mobilise and share knowledge as a public good and to facilitate civic responsibility in Europe and beyond.
SSE MSc students have the chance to join CIVICA activities at CIVICA partner universities through multi-campus courses (MCC), joint courses (JC), honor seminars (HS) and CIVICA digital mobility courses. Students who successfully passed courses / seminars will receive certificates from the CIVICA alliance.

CIVICA Honour Seminar (HS)
CIVICA institutions will cover travel and accommodation expenses for attendees of seminars hosted at partner universities. While these seminars will not count towards your MSc degree credits, the SSE honour seminar is an exception. Limited slots are available for each seminar.
