The students first got a presentation on the different ways into working life, which emphasized that you could change your mindset pretty fast and that “all roads lead to Rome”. Finding out what Rome is can sometimes be hard, but trying out different things often narrows it down. After insightful presentations by SSE RM Alumni Arian Tavassoli and Katarina Dahlgren, the students got an introduction to Talent Eye and how they work with matching personalities with different job opportunities. This was followed by some exercises in small groups where different people were matched with roles that required different skills.

The whole session ended with a discussion on the exercise and the purpose of personality tests during recruitment, and how much you actually can rely on them. The career module gave the students tools on how to reason when diving into the job market and what to think about when trying to decide their future careers.
