My research focuses on technology, work and organization from a management studies perspective. In my PhD thesis I examine the role of technology broadly defined in the adoption and development of Lean management practices within the public sector. My research approach is qualitative and mostly informed by process philosophy. Specifically my focal concern is the way in which information technology transforms social (both individual and collective) spaces and practices. I hold MSc in Management and Organization from Stockholm School of Economics.
