Voorneveld, Mark

Associate Professor
Department of Economics
I am an economic theorist. My main area of research is game theory, where I try to combine insights of behavioral economics into more realistic models of how agents interact and over time learn to play better strategies. Recently, I have been investigating algorithms for the computation of equilibria: an area that gained large interest with the incorporation of machine learning techniques in economics. I am also interested in axiomatic models of intergenerational welfare.
