Due to the Students' Nobel Nightcap, and the library might just be a bit... Noisier then usual. If you need to concentrate, there are other libraries where you can study in peace and quiet. Most of the Swedish university libraries, Riksdagsbiblioteket and any of Stockholm's public libraries is free and open for everyone.
