Expert: These are the risks for young stock savers - Claire Ingram Bogusz

A record number of young people entered the stock market in 2020 and even among those under the age of 18, interest has increased. Researcher Claire Ingram Bogusz welcomes young people's stock interest but at the same time mentions that there are risks associated with being young in the stock market.

"There are many reasons why people look more at the stock market," says Claire Ingram Bogusz.

Partly it is about having more time during the pandemic when more people work from home, but she also describes that there is a fear of missing the train now that the stock market has been at its peak for a long time.

"There are also stock market influencers on social media who give tips on how to succeed, and they are good at reaching younger people".
