Lotta Hultin is an Affiliated Research Fellow with the Department of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her research focuses on technology, work, and organization from a management studies perspective. In her PhD thesis, she examined the role of technology broadly defined in adopting and developing Lean management practices within the public sector. Lotta's research approach is qualitative and mostly informed by process philosophy. Specifically, her focal concern is the way in which information technology transforms social (both individual and collective) spaces and practices. Lotta holds an MSc in Management and Organization from the Stockholm School of Economics.
