Anna Brattström​

Affiliated Research Fellow and Docent, Associate Senior Lecturer - Lund University

Anna Brattström is an Associate Senior Lecturer at the Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship at Lund University. She is also an Affiliated Research Fellow at the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics. She studies the people side of innovation and entrepreneurship: how people come together and work together when developing new technology or new ventures. Most of her research is based on longitudinal data, collected in the context of new venture teams or inter-organizational R&D alliances. Her research is published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, Research Policy, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Journal of Product Innovation Management.

Anna has received several honors for her work, such as selection for best paper proceedings at the 2018 Academy of Management Annual meeting, finalist for conference best paper at the 2017 Strategic Management Society Conference, and selected best paper at the 2017 RENT conference. She serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Management Studies and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. Her research has been funded by the Ragnar Söderberg Foundation, the Swedish Research Council, the Jan Wallander foundation and by VINNOVA.
