I am a PhD candidate in Business Administration appointed at the Center for Advanced Studies in Leadership (CASL). My dissertation uses ethnography to analyze the emergence of inequality and difference in inclusive organizations. My research interests include: Organizational theory, diversity management, skilled migrants, cultural capital, and class.
I hold an MPhil in Public Policy (Central European University, Budapest), MA in Political Science (Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona), and a BA in Sociology (UC3M, Madrid). I have also collected research experience at UNICEF and the World Health Organization (WHO). I am a national of Peru and Spanish as second citizenship.
