Kai Krauss joined the Department of Accounting as a PhD student in September 2017. His main research interest is within the persuasiveness of accounting information, performance management, and vernacular forms of accounting in settings where 'things are hard to measure'. His dissertation explores the persuasiveness of accounting information in the candidature for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. He is also affiliated with the Center for Sports and Business.
