Research
Research at the Center for Digital Innovation and Transformation has a broad theoretical foundation in strategy, management, organizations and marketing. Research at the Center has now a focus on digital transformation processes. With this as a common background for empirical studies, the analytical and theoretical work concentrates on e.g. value creation processes, business model change and innovation, as well as industrial and market changes driven by digital transformation.
Our current research encompasses a range of case studies in a broad set of different industrial and public sectors, including, among others, media, automotive, transportation, education, and healthcare. As an attempt to answer the emerging questions and investigate new developments in the sphere of digital transformation, the Center for Digital Innovation and Transformation has established a separate research team specifically dedicated to this field.
