The purpose of this course is to introduce you to the essentials of strategic thinking in a global and digital world: the art and science of developing and implementing a strategy that creates and delivers superior customer value in an increasingly complex global and digital environment. 

The course gives an overview of how digitalization and disruptive technologies have created profound shifts during recent years throughout industries and the value chains of international firms as well as in how technology can be leveraged to create sustainable competitive advantage.
