About the project

The project addresses two overarching questions: Why is it so slow? How can it be faster? The project aims to: In the short term, contribute to ongoing innovation efforts within the Air Force’s priority areas: methods, leadership, and organization.

In the long term, support the development of an innovation culture that promotes speed, both within the Air Force and the Swedish total defense as a whole. The project also aims to generate new knowledge and concepts in innovation and leadership to enable shifts in tempo within established organizational structures.
