Socio-economic assessment of infection control measures

A new report written by an expert group chaired by Steinar Holden and commissioned by the Norwegian Directorate of Health assesses the socio-economic effects of infection control and prevention measures.
The three main parts of the report discuss and analyze:
(1) different scenarios for infection and prevention measures and their consequences;
(2) strategies for the lowest possible socio-economic costs of infection control measures, and;
(3) plans for phasing out and possible reintroduction of infection control measures.
