Maria Booth is an Affiliated Research Fellow at the House of Innovation and Postdoctoral Researcher at Linköping University. She holds a PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics where she defended her doctoral thesis, Nobody follows the process anyway: How artefactual representations of routines shape routine performances in June, 2020. Maria’s research focuses on organisational routines and how they affect organisations’ ability to change.
