Erik Skog

Senior Visiting Lecturer

Erik is Senior Visiting Lecturer, currently the Course Director of “Execution – Running Your Own Company” run by SSE for the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, SSES.

He is also affiliated with and a faculty member at Karolinska Institutet (KI), where he is the Course Director of the “Business Development” course and “Marketing & Sales” course in the KI Master Program in Bioentrepreneurship.

The driving force for Erik’s engagement in teaching is his interest in the entrepreneurial education of young people. He has for many years supported entrepreneurs on a pro bono basis, e.g. at SSE Business Lab, and he has also been the Chairman of the National Board of Junior Achievement Sweden.

Following a career in marketing and sales, Erik has since 1992 in an owner role funded, bought, run and sold ten companies. In addition, he has been the chairman and investor in another handful of young, fast-growing companies. He has also been active as a business angel.

Besides lecturing, he is operational as Founding Partner of management consultancy firm Sahlgren & Skog.
