Jakob Liljedahl, Head of Artificial Intelligence at Coop, together with Coop's representatives Pernilla Brandt and Emma Lindgren, held a presentation about how Coop implements AI to simplify members' lives.

The students were asked to solve a case on how to improve an existing digital service while creating value for customers. Additionally, they were challenged to design the solution and its implementation, enhancing the learning experience and providing full solutions. Some of the suggestions presented by the students were meal generator, shareable shopping lists, recipes recategorization and “have you forgotten” functionality.
