Digital Workshop with Svensk Handel

Svensk Handel Retail Club had an online workshop together with Houdini Sportswear focusing on how the company tackle issues linked to COVID-19.

Svensk Handel Retail Club had its first digital workshop in Zoom. This time together with Houdini Sportswear regarding how to tackle the issues that they have faced due to COVID-19. Representatives from Houdini Sportswear were Business Developer Gustav Hedström and E-commerce Coordinator Johanna Luhr, both RM alumni. Some of the issues that was discussed was how to increase sales and package the online orders. But also, how they should keep close customer contact despite closed stores and quarantines and how they should work with their second-hand initiative online.

The students ended the workshop with presenting their solutions to these issues caused by the current circumstances in the world. We thank Houdini, Gustav and Johanna for a great workshop on a real case!
