Workshop with The Swedish Trade Federation

The Swedish Trade Federation’s Retail Club had a workshop about Houdini Sportswear's upcoming subscription business model.

Gustav Hedström, Business Developer at Houdini, held a presentation about the company and their new initiative with a subscription business model for their clothing and how their pilot study is going. He then asked the students to come up with solutions on how to further develop the subscription model and how we would design a service like that. Some of the suggestions presented by the student were to use electric cars to deliver and pick up clothes from customers, implementing a system were customers are rewarded and earn credits by doing good actions for the environment and use this to switch to more expensive clothes and using their existing stores as logistical hubs for this service.
