Workshop with systembolaget

Systembolaget Retail Club had a workshop about creating value for different types of costumers.

Katarina Stark, Customer Strategist, held a presentation about Systembolaget’s journey to becoming a customer-centered company that creates value in every meeting. The key has been, according to Stark, to activate Systembolaget’s instore sellers to use their creativity to improve instore meetings. Moreover, it is good leadership that generates value for the customer.

After the presentation, the students were divided into three groups, where each group got a customer type to analyzed. The goal was to come up with different solutions on how to impress the customer (type) throughout the shopping journey. In the end, students got to present their findings to Rebecka Lenander and Katarina Stark.
