Workshop with H&M

H&M's retail club had a workshop about loyalty and the H&M Club.

Stina Samolov, who works within the H&M Brand and Communication department, held a presentation about loyalty and talked about the H&M club. She presented information about the new club “H&M Member” and pinpointed why loyalty is so important.

After the presentation, the students were divided into 5 different groups and each group received one specific target group. The task was to come up with information about the target group’s members, rewards/offers/happenings that could attract the target group, how H&M can build brand love, and how H&M can reach the target group.
