Workshop with COOP
From a presentation by Product Specialist Susanne Krohn, the students learned about the steps from an new idea to a complete private label-product sold in stores. The presentation was followed by some case cracking and a sensory analysis. Two ecological pea-based products had sold less than expected. The students were asked how all the peas that are fully grown next year could be used in other ways (which the sensory analysis was an example of), or how the sales of the product could be increased.
The students presented their ideas for a handful of Coop representatives.
