Workshop with Axel Johnson
William Appelgren, Business Developer in M&A at D-Ax, held a presentation about D-Ax’s differentiation, their everyday modus operandi, and D-Ax’s culture imbedded in strong values. He further addressed future investment trends, strategies, and D-Ax’s growth challenges by highlighting the importance of growth, innovation, and thesis driven analysis.
The pitch workshop challenged students to pitch for an investment or a greenfield concept project within the food or the financial services industry addressing changing customer’s needs, as well as being financially viable, scalable, and creating synergies with the existing Axel Johnson group companies.
Some of the student’s investor pitches included from bundled financial marketplace distribution platform to health centric DNA focused dietary food delivery service offering.
