Workshop at Coop-Development of the bakery-category
The students had prepared for the workshop by visiting a COOP store and checking out the assortment within the bread and bakery category at COOP. At the workshop the students then compared their findings, spoke about different strategies on how to make the assortment more attractive and then presented it to Sofia Hjertberg. Some of the solutions presented included presenting the bread category in another way, take care of the bakers and make the assortment more available for students.
