Anna Lanz talked about the role of good content and how crucial it is to have a clear strategy behind the content in order to be successful. The students were also provided with models that can be useful when building a strategy.
Moreover, Anna described the importance of feedback before launching and recomendend to not wait too long before testing the site on a test group.
