Theme Lecture with H&M
Daniel Ervér, working as a Global Bussiness Unit Director, talked about how H&M have reorganized the organization for the future. He described how H&M had focused on managing growth the last 10 years, and how the company had lost track on things that made them successful. Daniel described these factors which included the customer orientation (that H&M welcome everyone), H&M's purpose, their business idea, values, global leadership expectations and their goals. He talked about the importance of rewinding and looking back on things they made right from the beginning, as well as being fast forward to a modern and relevant customer experience.
