ICA’s Theme Lecture
Jörgen Åhling and Amanda Norder from ICA visited CFR to talk about agile IT and business development. ICA has initiated its largest marketing investment ever in IT, the Marketing Transformation Program 2020. The main goal for this project is to transform and digitalize ICA´s marketing. This will enable the organization to drive out costs, to stay relevant for consumers, and improve analysis and predictions. ICA is acknowledging the many changes in the outer world, and wants to adapt their business model to suit these changes. Therefore, they aim to leave traditional ways and move towards a more agile format, in order to constantly identify new needs and risks.
