Private Labels at COOP
Åsa Wickholm, responsible for EVM (private labels) at COOP, held a presentation about private labels. She then asked the students to come up with a strategy and a solution on how to promote a new, vegetarian product from COOP’s own brand. Some of the suggestions presented by the students were to expose the product with similar non-vegetarian products, let the customers try the product and change the product to make it look like something new so the customers won’t compare it to the non-vegetarian choice. After the workshop all the students get to cook dinner together with COOP in their kitchen. There were also some competitions, for example chopping onions and baking meringues.
