Offer and Responsibility at Systembolaget

Systembolaget’s Retail Club had a workshop regarding the company’s responsibility and offering.

Josephine Flavet, Communication Manager at Systembolaget, held a presentation about Systembolaget’s responsibility as a retailer selling alcoholic beverages. Afterwards, the students were given the opportunity to present suggestions regarding what Systembolaget’s next initiatives should be in order to achieve the goal of being considered the world’s most thoughtful retailer. Furthermore Jennie Cedermark, Offer Developer at Systembolaget, presented the essence of the company’s offer and then asked the students to look into the future and describe what Systembolaget’s offer should include 10 years from now.

The students suggested that Systembolaget could develop their thoughtfulness by reinforcing positive behavior by encouraging customers who take informed decisions. Concept stores, self-service checkouts and convenient returns for leftover products were a couple of the suggestions regarding Systembolagets future offer.
