Introduction to the Works of the Swedish Trade Federation

The Swedish Trade Federation's Retail Club had a workshop about physical stores as mystery shoppers and listened to presentations from the management.

The workshop started off with the students taking the rolls as mystery shoppers and analyse six different branches of the retail sector, for example drug stores and shoe stores. These analyses were later presented to the group.

Throughout the day the students got to listen to a few people from the management at the Swedish Trade Federation and through that they were able to learn about the work that they do but also many different facts and statistics about the retail sector. For example how the laws work when you buy products from Wish (China) and the difference with buying from within the EU instead.
