Workshop with ICA

Six third year students in the ICA Retail Club had a workshop with ICA employees about food consumption in 2040

This week, six third-year students in the ICA Retail club joined twenty young talents employed by ICA in a two-day workshop focused on food consumption in 2040 and how ICA can develop their business to attract future customer needs. A large part of the workshop focused on group work where Retail Management students and ICA employees co-created solutions to business challenges. The workshop ended with presentations of ideas on various topics for a group of experienced ICA managers led by the CEO of ICA Gruppen, Per Strömberg and CHRO of ICA Gruppen, Petra Albuschus.
