Workshop with H&M
The H&M Retail Club were invited to the head office for a very rewarding second workshop of the semester. The theme of the day was Digital Business Development and was held by John Karsberg along with H&M employees from different departments. First off we listened to the digital development team that presented upcoming initiatives and recently implemented changes on different markets – many of which the members had never heard of before! Thereafter we were presented with an assignment: to answer the question “Based on H&Ms advantages how can we make sure that they continue to develop in the required pace?”. We divided into 5 groups and then held presentations. All groups were very successful in coming up with creative ideas relevant to H&M. It was a greatly rewarding second workshop!
