Workshop with H&M Retail club at H&M Marketing Department

A very successful first workshop at the H&M marketing department with the theme ”The Future of Shopping”!

Today the Retail Club was invited to H&M Sweden head quarters for an informative and fun afternoon. They were first introduced to the work that the marketing department does before they presented a case. The mission was to reflect on the current perception of the assortment and service of H&M today, both in terms of physical stores and online, as well as to identify improvement possibilities and what the students wish to see in the future. The students divided into groups and presented their reflections and ideas to Johan Olofsson, Media Manager and Linda Björk, Marketing Manager at H&M. All in all, it was a very successful first workshop!
