Project management workshop at Systembolaget

Yesterday Systembolaget’s Retail Club had an exciting afternoon at their head office where the students had the opportunity to learn more about management.
The project group at Systembolaget talked about how people respond to change and how to manage processes of change in organizations. The group also did an exercise about potential risks in group work.
