Lecture by Accenture
Yesterday morning we had the honor to listen to a retail-räv, Sara Sjöberg. She is currently the head of marketing at Accenture Interactive Nordics but has a background from another Retail Club of ours, ICA.
Sara taught us new intail about the importants of strategy and design when developing an omnichannel, e-ommerce customer expectations, digital transformation enabled by technology such as VR, AI and ML (machine learning).
Now we know that customer experience is the new core for retailers if they want to be around in the future.
