Interactive workshop at Fjord studio
Fjord held an interactive workshop about the customer journey and taught us how they approach this area from the user's point of view, using (1) Step & Actions, (2) Painpoints and (3) Emotions & Feelings. The students were very inspired by Fjords bright office and impressed by the designers working there.
This event was one of the best ones so far, according to the students themselves. Thank you Accenture Interactive and Fjord for spending the afternoon with us!
