I am a PhD candidate in Business Administration appointed at the Center for Advanced Studies in Leadership (CASL). My dissertation focuses on the formation of inequality in diversity-promoting organizations. My research interests include: Organizational theory, migrant integration, skilled migrants, cultural capital, and class.
I hold an MPhil in Public Policy (Central European University, Budapest), MA in Political Science (Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona), and a BA in Sociology (UC3M, Madrid). I have also collected research experience at UNICEF and the World Health Organization (WHO). I am a national of Peru and Spanish as second citizenship.
