We are looking for highly motivated, highly educated academics.
The admission criteria are rigorous and the participants' competence is tested through internationally recognised tests such as TOEFL and a general mental ability test.
Participants will also be required to have previous business experience and a genuine interest in advancing not only Swedish business but also the RAMP project once they finish their course of study.
The program requires a lot from participants, a combination of demanding studies and internship work in a new context.
Potential participants should therefore be highly motivated, driven individuals who are interested in learning, exploring new areas, situations, perspectives and habits.
They should also approach the program with humility, an open mind, a willingness to share experiences and respect for individual differences, yet also show a strong goal orientation and a commitment to succeed.
To be eligable for RAMP applicants must:
A. Be a newcomer who has been granted a Swedish residency permit AND still be looking for employment.
OR work at a job that demonstrably does not utilize the experience, education and background specified in B and C below.
B. The applicants must have
- An academic degree
- Relevant professional working experience
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
C. It is an additional merit if applicants have
- Managerial experience, including responsibility for e.g. P&L, subordinates, budgets, forecasting or sales targets
- A proven interest in contributing to the business community or civil society
