Through the Female Economist of the Year (FEOY) scholarship, we are welcoming one top talent to join us for a 12-month scholarship starting fall 2019.
You will get the opportunity to design your personal program built around your passion, strengths and ambitions. You will be enabled to explore business functions such as Brand & Marketing, Finance, Innovation and Mobility.
We are now looking for a young leadership talent that will be part of driving Volvo Cars’ success into the future. Leadership at Volvo Cars is about inspiring and supporting people. What will the FEOY scholarship at Volvo Cars look like?
As the winner of FEOY 2019, you get a 12 month paid scholarship at Volvo Cars. During this once in a lifetime journey with us, you will deep dive into the world of Volvo Cars and learn about our organization, ambitions, products, people and our exciting opportunities and challenges for the future. You will work with interesting and fun projects, where you will be enabled to make a difference together with creative and open-minded colleagues from all around the globe.
Before starting the FEOY scholarship, you will be asked to pick two out of four different projects. Your first half year is based in Sweden where you can choose to work with:
Brand & Marketing or Finance, at Volvo Cars HQ Gothenburg
For the second half year, you can choose from:
Innovation, Silicon Valley,US or Volvo Car Mobility (M) Stockholm
During your 12-month FEOY scholarship at Volvo Cars, you will be given support and guidance from your managers, work close together with your colleagues and receive coaching from a senior mentor.
Who are you?
- You have a Master’s degree from SSE and graduate in spring 2019
- You are innovative, curious, brave and enjoy taking initiatives and bringing in new ideas
- You are a great networker and communicator
- You are interested in learning more about leadership within a global organization and want to develop and strengthen your leadership skills
