Frida Pemer

Docent and Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organization and House of Innovation

Frida Pemer's research centers on digital transformation, professional services, and the buyer-supplier relationship. She has been visiting researcher at Scancor, Stanford University, and at Saïd Business School, Oxford University.

In 2017 she received funding from Forte for a 3-year project called From Human to Robotized Expertise. The project explores how digitalization, robotization and AI might lead to profound changes in professional service firms. 

In 2014 she received funding from Forte for a 3-year research project on how the need for hiring professional services is constructed in private and public organizations.

In 2010 Frida received funding from Ragnar Söderbergs Stiftelse for a 3-year project on how companies organize their use and purchase of different types of professional services.

In 2008, she defended her dissertation Failure or Success? An empirical study of how management consulting projects are evaluated in client companies. The dissertation was selected as one of the best Swedish dissertations in business administration 2008 and was awarded the prestigious Wallander scholarship.
