What made you sign up as a mentor in the first place?

I wanted to help and support youngsters and our future retailers.

What does mentorship mean to you?

It feels good to be able to contribute. “To give is to receive”, so I believe that contributions to others are also contributions to oneself.

What advice would you give to future mentors?

Be available and open to what students want and need from you. They all need different things. Do not have a “ready mind” of what it is to be a mentor – because that will probably change and vary from person to person.
