Piotr Danisewicz

Piotr Danisewicz is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance at the School of Economics, Finance and Management, University of Bristol. Previously, he was a Developmental Lecturer at Lancaster University and a part-time consultant at the International Division, Bank of England.

Piotr's research interests lie in the area of banking. He examines the effects of regulation and supervision on bank conduct and the real economy. His work has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of International Economics, and the Journal of Financial Intermediation, and presented at leading international conferences such as the SFS Finance Cavalcade, the European Finance Association Conference, and various institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and San Francisco, the Bank of England and Banque de France.
