SSE & SCIENCES PO - School of Management and Innovation
The School of Management and Innovation (SMI) at Sciences Po and the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) come together to create a Dual Master's degree program in Economics, Business and Management.
This specific 2-year framework is based on mutual recognition of existing curricula at each school, with a specific focus on management of innovation, change, business development and entrepreneurship.
The combined strengths of the two institutions - Sciences Po as a leading Social Science University and Stockholm School of Economics as one of Europe's leading business schools - ensure well-rounded and complementary training and give students the international experience and perspective to prepare them for successful careers in consulting, management or entrepreneurship.
Program of studies
The Double Degree consists of two full academic years. Students spend the first year at SMI at Sciences Po and the second year at SSE.
In each institution, students must fulfill the requirements of the school and program that they are attending, at the same standard as regularly enrolled students.
First year in Sciences Po - Master in Economics and Business
2017/2018 - First Year - Semester 1
2017/2018 - First Year - Semester 2
Second Year in SSE - Master in Business and Management

Upon successful completion of the two years, students receive two degrees: a Master's from Sciences Po and a Master's from SSE.
The studies can be completed within two years, however this may vary and be extended depending on the program combination and their degree requirements. Completion of this double degree will result in the student having approximately 135 ECTS, rather than the standard 120 ECTS.
