The passing of Peter Wallenberg

It is with deep regret that we received the news of Econ. Dr. h.c. Peter Wallenberg’s passing, and our thoughts are with his family.
Peter Wallenberg was President of the SSE Foundation (Handelshögskoleföreningen) between 1989 and 2001 and was a member of the SSE Board of Directors between 1988 and 2001. The Stockholm School of Economics would not benefit from the excellent reputation nor enjoy the same position as we have today had it not been for Peter Wallenberg and his outstanding contributions to the school.
