The day started off with a short introduction of the contents and speakers. The speakers included Nina Jönsson, future CEO at ICA Gruppen and Petra Albuschus, CHRO at ICA Gruppen, who talked about their career paths and ICA, both as an organization, but also as an employer from an HR and employee perspective.

During the concluding part of the day, the students also got to listen to two alumni from the Retail Management Program, Daniel Filipson, Business Analyst, and Agnetha Holmberg, Purchasing Manager, who graduated from SSE back in 2013. Daniel and Agnetha elaborated how their career paths had been, what a typical day for them is like at ICA and ended the session by answering questions from the students.
