Maria Thulemark, HR Manager Business support & Strategy Lead at Clas Ohlson, held trial interviews with the Retail Club's second year students. The interviews were 20 minutes, and based on questions the students had recieved from Maria in advance. After the interviews, the students and Maria got together for some general feedback and the students were given the opportunity to ask questions. Maria's feedback included advice on how to prepare before an interview, what she values in answers and the importance of the interviewee posing own questions. The students asked about the relevance of the interviewee's clothing choice and discussed the difference between digital and real-life interviews. Lastly, Maria shared advice on how to conduct a CV and cover letter.
