The New Normal at Axel Johnson

Axel Johnson held a theme lecture with the headline “Three Years in Three Weeks”.

David Salsbäck, Executive Vice President Communications and Sustainability at Axel Johnson, and Lovisa Jacobsson, Business Developer at Axel Johnson, held a lecture on the different ways that the pandemic has affected not only society as a whole, but also the way in which Axel Johnson conduct their business.

Valuable insights were shared regarding macroeconomic developments as well as changes in economic geography. The digital acceleration triggered by these changes has now forced retailers to adapt. What companies can do to face the “new normal's” challenges and opportunities was discussed. The lecture ended with a Q&A where students had the opportunity to ask their questions.
