Nils Nybonde, Senior Business Insights Manager at CCEP, hosted a digital workshop for the club. Club members were asked to prepare some insights that would answer the questions “What will it take for CCEP to stay commercially relevant and successful in the future?” and “As an employer, what will CCEP need to provide to attract young talent in the future?”
Students were then able to meet with senior management of CCEP and present their suggestions, as well as hear career advice from management. Student suggestions for CCEP included continued sustainability efforts and clear communication of these efforts, as well as highlighting the need for autonomy and flexibility in the workplace.
