Customer Strategy with Coop
Representative from Coop was Cajsa Olsson, responsible for the implementation of the new customer promise for Coop. Pernilla Brandt and Emma Lindgren, Price Analyst and Business Analyst, were also present with feedback and insights in other parts of the company.
Coop has recently approved a new customer promise which is more focused and detailed with the most important aspects of their business as well as what is actually most important for the Swedish grocery shopper.
Some ideas for how to implement this new promise were to focus on the digital investments that Coop already has done through the app platform Scan & Pay for example. Themes that were found in the solutions was gamification, the membership and inspiration, by that making it fun for the customers to shop and discover the “new” Coop. We thank Coop, Cajsa, Pernilla and Emma for a great workshop on an interesting subject!
