Career module with Systembolaget

The second year students in Systembolaget Retail Club had their career module session responding to the need of understanding a typical recruitment and interview process better.

The workshop included discussions on the topics and content of career, recruitment, application letters, and competence-based interview processes. The session started with a discussion on the different perspectives of job hunters and employers, and the importance of thinking of different time perspectives when it comes to what job to apply for. Thereafter, the group discussed how to stick out in the application, the value of honesty as a junior applicant, and finally, how to identify if it is possible to align personal values with company values. Lastly, the group discussed the potential interview questions that one should prepare for in a competence-based interview.
